One thing that made me afraid to marry Adam-
is I didn’t think he was “the one.”
It took me years to understand that life doesn’t give you “the one.”

you choose someone to journey through life.
The Kabbalah, a Jewish mysticism,
tells us that we have many soulmates and one twin flame.
These soulmates are called “Besherts”- also known as “meant to be.”
When two Besherts get married– they BECOME each other’s twin flame.
Two souls become ONE soul.
I love this myth because it reminds us that finding our “one” is a choice.
In truth,
I am my own one,
and I am choosing to LOVE another as my reflection.
